We even call it cleanse tea! The ingredients in this flavoured organic green tea provide your body with a lot of antioxidants, making it a healthy morning tea.

You can prepare your own green tea with ginger and lemon at home. However, buying already mixed green tea with precise doses of ginger and lemon can save you time.

During the summer, you can also brew this organic green tea cold and drink it all day.

For 1l of normal water, use 20g of Ginger and Lemon Bio tea. Leave the bottle to brew for 6 to 8 hours. You can leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Your green tea with ginger and lemon peels can be enjoyed the next day.

Prepare your own Ginger Lemon Green Tea


  • Use 3g of a high quality pure green tea per cup; we suggest Sencha Kagoshima.
  • 4 cups of water
  • Take about 6cm of unpeeled and chopped ginger
  • Squeeze half a lemon
  • 1 tsp of honey if you like


Stir the ginger into two cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. For a sweeter tea, add honey.

Add the green loose leaf tea you purchased to the pan after removing it from the heat. Steep the green tea for three minutes. Filter it to remove the solids.

Add the lemon juice and the remaining cups of water to the strained tea.

Enjoy it warm, hot, or chilled in the refrigerator.
